DESi smart locks operate locally using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). To enable remote access over Wi-Fi, cloud sync, and voice assistant integration, the DESi Smart Bridge is required.
- Is unlocking the door with voice commands secure?
Yes. Both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa require your pre-configured 4-digit voice security PIN before performing an unlock command. Without voice PIN confirmation, unauthorized access is impossible.
- Can I lock and unlock my door remotely from anywhere?
Yes. With the Smart Bridge connected to your Wi-Fi, there are zero distance limits. You can check status and operate your lock from anywhere worldwide through the DESi Smart app or voice commands.
- Are all DESi lock models compatible with these integrations?
