Delivery Times
Standard Delivery
Your orders will be handed over to the cargo company within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address from our Istanbul warehouse, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.
Custom-made Products
Delivery times for custom-made products vary depending on the production time. The delivery information and timelines for such products are specified on the product pages.
Important Information
- All the products you have selected will be delivered to you by our contracted courier company, DHL.
- In case of any issue originating from us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
- The products you purchased will be confirmed to you via a confirmation email. If any of the products you selected are out of stock, you will receive an email regarding the situation.
Stock & Order Confirmation
shop.desi.com.tr is an online shopping site that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, it is possible for multiple customers to purchase the same product, leading to the product being out of stock.
In such cases:
If the product you paid for online is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 4 (Four) and at most 30 (Thirty) days. If the product cannot be delivered to the customer within this period, the payment will be refunded to the customer.
