Delivery Times & Timelines
Standard Order Dispatch
Your orders will be handed over to our contracted courier company within 3 business days (Monday through Friday) following bank approval and payment confirmation.
Transit & Arrival Times
Depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and regional logistics hubs, orders are delivered to your shipping address within 1 to 3 business days after handover.
Custom-Made & Extended Profile Products
Delivery schedules for custom-machined or extended cylinder solutions vary depending on manufacturing lead times. Specific dispatch estimates are displayed on the corresponding product pages.

All products purchased from our official store are securely packaged and delivered through our contracted international partner, DHL Express, with door-to-door tracking.

Weekend & Public Holiday Schedule
Cargo dispatch and courier deliveries are not conducted on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and national public holidays.
Stock Availability & Simultaneous Orders
en.desi.com.tr serves global customers simultaneously. In exceptional instances where multiple users place an order for the final unit of a specific model in quick succession, temporary stock depletion may occur.
If a purchased product is temporarily out of stock, our factory restocking lead time is a minimum of 4 business days and a maximum of 30 days.
If the backordered item cannot be dispatched within the 30-day period, the entire payment amount is unconditionally refunded to your original payment method.
