You can pair up to 4 different Utopic smart locks with a single Smart Bridge.

The Smart Bridge is controlled via the DESi Smart application. You can easily pair the Utopic smart locks you are authorized for by following the steps provided in the app.

With the DESi Smart Bridge, you can connect your smart lock to Google Home and Amazon Alexa, and control your door via your phone or voice commands. It works together with other smart devices in your home, enabling you to create practical scenarios that simplify your daily routine.

What can you do with the Smart Bridge?

• You can add up to 4 different Utopic RX, Utopic R, Utopic 2, Utopic 3 smart locks or a mini receiver.
• You can remotely lock or unlock your doors.
• You can view the battery status of your Utopic smart locks.
• You can check whether your door is locked or unlocked.
• You can assign 2 authorized users (authorized users can add unlimited users).
• You can select which lock each user can control.
• You can grant a user access to more than one lock.
• You can create E-Keys / OTP codes and delete any code at any time.
• You can control DESi devices with voice commands via Amazon Alexa or create automation scenarios with your other devices through the Alexa app.
• You can integrate with Google Home and create automation scenarios with your other smart devices.

What is the operating range of the Smart Bridge?

For optimal performance, the WiFi signal level displayed in the application should be at least level 3. The maximum recommended distance between the modem and the DESi Smart Bridge is 10 meters.

The maximum recommended distance between the DESi Smart Bridge and Utopic smart locks is 5 meters. Longer distances are possible; however, lock status and battery information may not be displayed accurately.

Locking and unlocking operations can be performed over longer distances via RF 433mhz. However, battery status and lock status are monitored via PAN, which requires shorter distances.
