DESi Smart Bridge

Control your Utopic series smart locks from anywhere in the world.

Connect Multiple Locks

You can connect a total of 4 different Utopic smart locks to a single Smart Bridge.

The Smart Bridge is controlled via the DESi Smart app. You can easily pair the Utopic smart locks you are authorized to control by following the steps in the app.

Add Devices

Add up to 4 different Utopic R, Utopic 2, Utopic 3 smart locks, or mini receivers.

Remote Control

Remotely lock or unlock your locks.

Battery Status

View the battery status of your Utopic smart locks.

Door Status

Check if your door is locked or open.

User Management

Add 2 authorized users (Authorized users can add an unlimited number of users).

E-Key / OTP

Generate E-Key/OTP passwords and delete any password you wish (This feature will be active in January 2025 for new generation Utopic R).

Installation Requirements

Wireless internet connection
DESi Smart app
DESi Utopic smart lock or mini receiver

Control Range

For optimal performance, the WiFi signal level displayed in the app should be at least Level 3. The maximum distance between the modem and the DESi Smart Bridge should be 10 meters.

The maximum distance between the DESi Smart Bridge and Utopic smart locks should be 5 meters. Longer distances can be supported, but the lock and battery status may not display correctly.

Locking and unlocking operations can occur over RF 433MHz at longer distances. However, the battery status and lock status of your smart lock are monitored via PAN, which has shorter range requirements.
