1. Application Method
Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), you can submit your requests within the rights listed in Article 11 through one of the following methods in accordance with Article 13 of KVKK and the "Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller."

2. Information About the Data Subject
In accordance with the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Applications under KVKK, please complete the information and documents requested below accurately and completely.

4. Subject of the Request
Please clearly write your request regarding your personal data in the form below and attach the necessary information and documents related to the subject.
5. Conclusion of the Application
In accordance with the relevant legislation, we will respond to your request within thirty (30) days based on the nature of your request. If you request that the result of the application be notified in writing and the notification is less than 10 pages, no fee will be charged. For notifications exceeding 10 pages, a fee of 1 Turkish Lira per page will be charged. If you request the result of the application on a recording medium such as a CD or Flash Drive, a fee may be charged, provided it does not exceed the cost of the recording medium used. Responsibility for any incorrect or outdated information provided in this form or unauthorized applications will lie with you.
